Tokenized Property Structure

On Chain Process

Each acquired property project ownership will be structured into a fixed number of Nonfungible Tokens (NFT). A quarterly distribution of rewards will be automatically airdropped to the wallet of NFT holders of specific projects. After the Defi platform integration process is denoted in the road map, the NFTs can be pledged and staked as collateral on Defi platforms and protocols.

Actual Ownership Process

Each acquired property project will be held by an SPV company wholly owned by Principal Protocol. Proper accounting records will be published quarterly in specific channels only accessible by the individual project NFT holders. Individual project net profits will be distributed as rewards on-chain.

Future Developments

Scaling the Platform

As the project gains traction, scalability becomes a key consideration.

Implementing solutions to accommodate a growing user base and increasing asset portfolio size is essential.

Resources will be allocated to expand and scale the platform to accommodate the increased demand.

Diversification of Asset Portfolio
